Regulations Governing Commission of Commodity Inspection Operations Article 19
When the certification body has been accredited by the TAF and demonstrated compliance with the qualification requirements set forth in Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1 of Article 5 continuously, the BSMI may exempt the certification body from routine surveillance assessment set out in the preceding Article.
