The Commodity Inspection Act Article 27
A new inspection application shall be filed for commodities that have passed initial inspections under any of the following circumstances:1. The inspection certificate has expired;2. The packaging of the commodity has changed or deteriorated to such an extent that it may affect the quality of the commodity;3. The commodity has been damaged by water, fire, or shows significant signs of damage or destruction;4. The labeling of the commodity is non-compliant or the commodity appears to be in disarray;5. The commodity has undergone further processing; or6. Any characteristics of the commodity that are subject to inspection have been altered.

經檢驗合格之商品，有下列情事之一者，應重行報驗：
一、證書已逾有效期間者。
二、包裝改變或包裝腐損，足致影響商品品質者。
三、受水漬、火損或有顯著之毀損形跡者。
四、標示不符或混雜零亂者。
五、產品經加工處理者。
六、其他應受檢驗事項有變更情事者。
