The Commodity Inspection Act Article 26
For commodities that fail inspection, the BSMI shall issue a notice of non-conformity. The obligatory inspection applicant may apply for a one-time re-inspection free of charge within fifteen days after receiving the notice.The competent authority shall prescribe regulations governing the disposition of non- conforming commodities as mentioned in the preceding Paragraph.

商品檢驗不合格者，標準檢驗局應發給不合格通知書，報驗義務人於接到通知後十五日內，得申請免費複驗一次。
