Regulations Governing Management of Metrology Technical Personnel Article 23

A Metrology Technical Personnel, whose certificate is revoked or rescinded, shall cease to conduct metrological activities upon receiving the disposition of revocation or rescindment, and hand back the certificate within a specified time limit. In case the certificate is not handed back, the dedicated weights and measures authority shall publicly nullify the certificate.A Metrology Technical Personnel, whose certificate is revoked or rescinded in accordance with Article 20 or Paragraph One of Article 22, may not take the examination of Metrology Technical Personnel within three years.
