Regulations Governing Verification and Inspection of Measuring Instruments Article 13
The record of verification of legal measuring instruments subject to verification shall be made and include the following items:1.Name of the applicant;2.Category, trademark, model and serial number of the legal measuring instruments subject to verification and other relevant data;3.Maximum permissible error, measurement error, results of verification (compliance or incompliance) and the number of verification certificate of the legal measuring instruments subject to verification;4.Category and serial number of the measurement standard and the number of the verification record;5.The site where the verification is conducted and the name of personnel conducting verification; and6.Date of verification.

檢定應經檢定之法定度量衡器，應作成檢定紀錄記載下列事項：
一、申請人之名稱。
二、應經檢定之法定度量衡器之名稱、廠牌、型號、器號及其他相關內容之基本資料。
三、應經檢定之法定度量衡器之公差、器差、是否合格及檢定合格之合格印證號碼。
四、標準器名稱、器號及校正紀錄之編號。
五、執行檢定場所及檢定人員。
六、檢定年、月、日。
