Regulation on Handling Import Relief Cases Article 19
After completing the investigation of an import relief case, TITA shall submit the draft investigation report to the Commission for deliberation to determine whether the domestic industry has been injured by imports.The decision referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be made by at least two-thirds of attendance at a meeting where more than a half of all Commissioners are present.

貿易署於貨品進口救濟案件調查完成時，應提交審議會為產業受害成立或不成立之決議。
