Unless otherwise provided in Paragraph 1 of Article 21, the Commission shall make a decision as to whether the industry has been injured within 120 days from the day after the petitioner is notified of the initiation of the investigation by the MOEA.The time limit mentioned in the previous paragraph may be extended by up to 60 days if deemed necessary. TITA shall notify the petitioner and known interested parties of any such extension, along with the reasons for it, and issue a public notice.
