Retail Market Management Regulation Article 23
In the case that the stall (store) users of the public market fail to make corrections by the deadline set forth in a written notice where one of the following circumstances occurs, the use of the stall (store) will be abolished, the contract will be terminated, and the stall (store) will be recalled:1. Assign, transfer or sublease the stall (store) without permission.2. Fail to apply for change of user within the deadline specified in the provisions of article 15.3. The charge of use and self-governance administration fees have been overdue for two months.4. Fail to start the business in one month from the day after concluding the contract.5. The accumulated suspension of the business upon approval exceeds four months within one year.6. Suspend the business without approval and the accumulated suspension period exceeds one month within one year.7. Fail to resume business by the expiration of the suspension period.8. Fail to enroll for membership of a self-governance organization within one month from obtaining the stall (store) permit.9. Running stall outside the market.

公有市場攤（鋪）位使用人有下列情事之一，經書面限期改正，屆期未改正者，廢止攤（鋪）位使用，並終止契約，收回攤（鋪）位：
一、擅自將攤（鋪）位轉讓、轉租或分租者。
二、未於第十五條各款所定期限內申請變更使用人名義者。
三、逾使用費及自治組織管理費繳納期限達二個月者。
四、自訂定契約翌日起，逾一個月未開始營業者。
五、核准停業，一年內累計逾四個月者。
六、未經核准擅自停業，一年內累計逾一個月者。
七、核准停業期滿未復業者。
八、取得攤（鋪）位使用許可證之日起一個月內，未加入市場自治組織為會員者。
九、在市場外設攤營業者。
