Retail Market Management Regulation Article 22
The competent authority of the public market may stop use of the entire market or an entire floor of the public market, or allocate the original stall (store) users to vacant stalls (stores) in another market if it is required by policy, urban-rural reformation or where there is no longer a commercial function available.
