Retail Market Management Regulation Article 15
Where one of the following circumstances occurs with the user of the stall (store) in the public market, the name of the user can be changed:1. The user dies, and his/her successors shall recommend one among them to apply for the change within six months from the day of succession.2. The user finds it impossible to operate it in person due to physical or mental disability or poor health from aging, and his/her spouse and linear relatives living together shall recommend one among them to apply for the change within six months from the day of occurrence.

公有市場攤（鋪）位使用人有下列情事之一，得變更使用人名義：
一、使用人死亡，其繼承人自繼承開始之日起六個月內，互推一人申請變更者。
二、使用人因身心障礙或年老體弱不能親自經營，其共同生活之配偶及直系親屬，自事實發生之次日起三個月內，互推一人申請變更者。
