Commodity Labeling Act Article 7
Where a commodity is under any of the following circumstances, the scope of application, the method of use and storage of such commodity, and other matters that should be noted shall be labeled:1. Dangerous in nature.2. Related to health and safety.3. Special properties or require special handling.
