Commodity Labeling Act Article 8
A commodity of which the place of origin is determined to be in this country may be labeled with a Made in Taiwan mark.Regulations governing the method of recognition, pattern, promotion, application, award, authorization, revocation, and management of the aforementioned place of origin shall be prescribe by the central competent authority.

商品經認定原產地為我國者，得標示台灣生產標章。
前項原產地之認定、標章之圖樣、推廣、申請、獎勵、授權使用、廢止及管理辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
