An application for registration of the creation, assignment, alteration, extinguishment, or restriction of disposition, of a pledge of economic rights may be made by one of the parties involved.An application for registration of the assignment, alteration, extinguishment, or restriction of disposition, of a pledge of economic rights shall be made only after the application for registration of creation of the pledge.

申請著作財產權質權設定、讓與、變更、消滅或處分之限制登記者，得由當事人之一方為之。
