Enforcement Rules of the Patent Act Article 60
When requesting to correct the description or drawing(s) due to translation errors, a request form shall be submitted and accompanied by the following documents1. the corrected sheet(s) of the description on which the portions of the correction are marked; the deleted original disclosure shall be indicated by a strikethrough of the deleted text(s); the added disclosure shall be indicated by underlining the added text(s); and2.the complete set of replacement description or drawing(s) after correction without marks.The request form referred to in the preceding paragraph shall specify the following items:1.where a correction is made to the description, the page number(s) and line number(s) thereof, reasons for correction, and the page number(s) and line number(s) of the corresponding description in foreign language;2.where a correction is made to the drawing(s), the title(s) thereof, reasons for the correction, and the title(s) of the corresponding drawing(s) in the application in foreign language.

因誤譯申請訂正說明書或圖式者，應備具申請書，並檢附下列文件：
一、訂正部分劃線之說明書訂正頁；其為刪除原內容者，應劃線於刪除之文字上；其為新增內容者，應劃線於新增加之文字下方。
二、訂正後無劃線之全份說明書或圖式。
前項申請書，應載明下列事項：
一、訂正說明書者，其訂正之頁數與行數、訂正理由及對應外文本之頁數與行數。
二、訂正圖式者，其訂正之圖式名稱、訂正理由及對應外文本之圖式名稱。
一、訂正部分劃線之說明書訂正頁；其為刪除原內容者，應劃線於刪除之文字上；其為新增內容者，應劃線於新增加之文字下方。
二、訂正後無劃線之全份說明書或圖式。
前項申請書，應載明下列事項：
一、訂正說明書者，其訂正之頁數與行數、訂正理由及對應外文本之頁數與行數。
二、訂正圖式者，其訂正之圖式名稱、訂正理由及對應外文本之圖式名稱。
