Enforcement Rules of the Patent Act Article 59
When requesting to amend the description or drawing(s) of a patent application for design, a request form shall be submitted and accompanied by the following documents:1. the amended sheet(s) of the description on which the portions of the amendment are marked; the deleted original disclosure shall be indicated by a strikethrough of the deleted text(s); the added disclosure shall be indicated by underlining the added text(s); and2.the complete set of replacement description or drawing(s) after the amendment without marks.The request form referred to in the preceding paragraph shall specify the following items:1.where an amendment is made to the description, the page number(s) and line number(s) thereof and reasons for the amendment;2.where an amendment is made to the drawing(s), the title(s) thereof and reasons for the amendment.

設計專利申請案申請修正說明書或圖式者，應備具申請書，並檢附下列文件：
一、修正部分劃線之說明書修正頁；其為刪除原內容者，應劃線於刪除之文字上；其為新增內容者，應劃線於新增之文字下方。
二、修正後無劃線之全份說明書或圖式。
前項申請書，應載明下列事項：
一、修正說明書者，其修正之頁數與行數及修正理由。
二、修正圖式者，其修正之圖式名稱及修正理由。
一、修正部分劃線之說明書修正頁；其為刪除原內容者，應劃線於刪除之文字上；其為新增內容者，應劃線於新增之文字下方。
二、修正後無劃線之全份說明書或圖式。
前項申請書，應載明下列事項：
