Date to be based onThe date of application and other proceedings of trademark shall be based on the date of receipt of the written documents or articles at the Registrar Office. The date of those via postal service shall be based on the postmarked date of the place of origin.Unless otherwise proved by the concerned party, the date of those whose postmarked date appears to be ambiguous will be based on the date of receipt at the Registrar Office.

商標之申請及其他程序，應以書件或物件到達商標專責機關之日為準；如係郵寄者，以郵寄地郵戳所載日期為準。
