Regulations for the Deposit of Biological Material for Patent Application Article 10
The duration of deposit of a biological material deposited in the Depository is 30 years.The Depository shall preserve the biological material for at least five years additionally after the date a request for furnishing the biological material is made prior to the end of the duration referred to in the preceding paragraph.After the end of the duration referred to in the preceding two paragraphs, the Depository may destroy the deposited biological material.

生物材料寄存於寄存機構之期間為三十年。
前項期間屆滿前，寄存機構受理該生物材料之分讓申請者，自該分讓申請之日起，至少應再保存五年。
前二項規定之寄存期間屆滿後，寄存機構得銷燬寄存之生物材料。
