Regulations Governing Approval of Registration and Management of Business Entities Setting up Operation or Liaison Offices within the Technology Industrial Parks Article 13

When terminating their business operations within the Parks, business entities having set up operation or liaison offices within the Parks shall apply to the BIP or its branches in accordance to where the business is located for cancellation of registration. Companies registered in the Park without operation or liaison offices in the Park and other Parks shall apply for dissolution of the company or removal from the Parks at the same time.
