Regulations Governing Approval of Registration and Management of Business Entities Setting up Operation or Liaison Offices within the Technology Industrial Parks Article 12

Business entities having set up operation or liaison offices within the Parks shall apply to the BIP or its branches in accordance to where the business is located for issuance of passes to their vehicles.Personnel and vehicles entering and exiting the Parks shall undergo mandatory inspection by the BIP or its branches, the Customs, and security guards. Traffic must be kept unobstructed during business operations.Trucks, containers, and machines entering the Parks for operations shall exit the Parks prior to 9 p.m. on the same day. If any trucks, containers, or machines must stay in the Parks for operations after the specified time due to justifiable reasons, a report shall be filed with the police brigade.Each truck or tractor entering the Parks for operations may be equipped with a maximum of two trailers.
