Community Land Renting and Expense Collecting Standards of Technology Industrial Parks Article 3
The expenses of public facility construction on the community land, along with the amortized repayments of loan principal and interest, shall be shared by the lessee on a twenty-year pro rata basis according to the space of land leased.The public facility invested and built by private capital shall obtain approval for the construction expenses from the Bureau, and the fee for the said facility shall be defined and collected by the Bureau or its branch in accordance with the standard stipulated in the above paragraph.

社區土地公共設施建設費用，依該公共設施建設已支付或已確定之金額，連同貸款本息折算年金，依租用土地面積比例分二十年平均負擔。
