The land within a dedicated industrial harbor or a dedicated industrial wharf shall be registered as state-owned, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs shall be the administration agency.The permitted users of the dedicated industrial harbor or wharf shall be determined by the central competent authority in consultation with the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.A dedicated industrial harbor or wharf shall not be used for any purposes other than for the industrial park.

工業專用港或工業專用碼頭內設施使用之土地應登記為國有，管理機關為經濟部。
工業專用港或工業專用碼頭之使用對象，由中央主管機關會同交通部認定之。
工業專用港或工業專用碼頭，不得供該產業園區以外之使用。
