Regulations of Governing Electric Appliance Contractors Article 20

A Contractor shall, in accordance with notice from the central competent authority, designate its personnel employed pursuant to Articles 5 through 8 to attend technical standards training or seminars; where such training or seminar is failed, the central competent authority may notify the Contractor again to have such personnel attend training or seminars.The notification prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall be submitted by registered mail.
