Regulations of Governing Electric Appliance Contractors Article 10

Personnel employed by Contractors of each Class pursuant to Articles 5 through 8 shall not concurrently hold positions registered in accordance with law with a power enterprise, self-use power generation facilities, an electrical utilization equipment inspection and maintenance enterprise, an electricity-consuming premises, or any other Contractor.
