Act of Execution of Rehabilitation Treatment Article 14
The rehabilitation fees shall be determined pursuant to Article 30 of the Drug Prevention and Control Act.The drug abstention and rehabilitation center is entitled to deduct payment of the aforementioned rehabilitation fees from the bond deposit of the delinquents.
