The Enforcement Rules of the Prison Act Article 36

Prisons shall follow Paragraph 3, Article 45 of the Act and adopt proper and necessary measures in relation to special needs, such as visual and audio needs, of prisoners with physical or mental disabilities.Prisons may provide proper assistance to the prisoners who have difficulty understanding relevant affairs of Prisons due to lack of understanding of Mandarin or other reasons.
