The Enforcement Rules of the Prison Act Article 35
In providing radio, television facilities, information equipment or audio-visual equipment to implement edification in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 45 of the Act, Prisons shall perform careful review to the materials or contents, and shall follow intellectual property protection and applicable legislations.
