The Regulations for Safekeeping and Management of Money and Properties of Inmates in Prison and Detention Center Article 9
Authorities shall perform random audit on Inmates’ Money under Safekeeping Books and Labor Wage Books every month, record the audit results and submit them to the Senior Official for approval, with information provided to Inmates. The same shall be applicable if any Inmate has any question about Money under Safekeeping or Labor Wage records.

機關應每月不定期抽查收容人保管金及勞作金手摺，並將查核結果作成紀錄，陳送機關長官核閱，並告知收容人。
