The Regulations Governing Smoking by Prisoners and Defendants and Incentives to Quit Smoking Article 14
Officers shall make records about Inmate who changed his/her smoking habit, before admission into the Authority or under Paragraph 2, Article 3, from non-smoking to smoking or resumed smoking after quitting, and shall actively encourage such Inmate to quit smoking.

機關人員對於入機關前或第三條第二項之收容人，原不吸菸者轉變為吸菸或已戒菸者復行吸菸，應予以記錄並積極鼓勵戒菸。
