The prison shall pay attention to maintaining the health and safety of prisoners and promote prisoners’ reintegration into society.The prison or the collaborated working unit shall provide equipment and measures required by relevant occupational safety and health laws and regulations within a reasonable and feasible range based on the actual work items.Prisoners shall comply with relevant code of practice in health, safety, occupational training, professional licensing, and work ethics based on the actual work items.

監獄對作業應注意維護受刑人健康及安全，並促進其復歸社會。
監獄或作業協力單位應依實際作業之項目，在合理可行範圍內提供職業安全衛生相關法規所要求之設備及措施。
