Act of Execution of Drug Abuser Treatment Article 24
Drug abuse treatment fees shall be determined pursuant to Article 30 of the Drug Prevention and Control Act.The drug abuser treatment center is entitled to deduct payment of the aforementioned fees from the bond deposit or labor income of the illicit drug abusers under treatment.
