Enforcement Rules of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest Article 11
The “civil engineering management” referred to in Article 2, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 11 of the Act shall mean activities of managing the issuance of building permit, construction management, building management, apply management and construction inspection and management in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
