Enforcement Rules of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest Article 12
The “urban planning” referred to in Article 2, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 11 of the Act shall mean activities of spatial planning, urban and rural design and planning, urban planning, urban renewal, regional planning, regional arrangement and national park planning in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
