The MOJ may convene a meeting, request written documents by letter or use other appropriate ways to consult with the relevant authorities for the purpose of deciding on receiving of the sentenced person specified in the preceding Article.If the opinions provided by the relevant authorities concern national defense or other national security secrets and ought to be kept in secrecy, all related documents shall be kept confidential.

法務部為前條接收受刑人之認定時，得以召開會議、函請提出書面資料或其他適當之方式徵詢相關機關之意見。
相關機關之意見涉及國防或其他國家安全等機密，認有保密之必要者，相關書件應予封存。
