Crime Victim Rights Protection Act Article 21
During investigation or trial, judicial personnel shall, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, provide necessary assistance or adopt appropriate protective measures according to the needs of crime victims or their family members.The situation in the preceding Paragraph does not apply to persons performing defense duties.
