Crime Victim Rights Protection Act Article 20
The information obtained and learned by protection organization and branches during the implementation of protection services stipulated in this Act shall be kept confidential.The preservation, processing, utilization, and removal of the information in the preceding Paragraph obtained by protection organization and branches due to their operations shall be done in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Juvenile Justice Act.

保護機構及分會因執行本法所定保護服務所取得及知悉之資料，應予保密。
保護機構及分會因執行業務取得之前項資料，其保有、處理、利用及塗銷，應依個人資料保護法及少年事件處理法相關規定為之。
