Enforcement Rules for the Attorney Regulation Act Article 9

The judicial officers referred to in Article 28 and Article 44 of the Act mean judges, public prosecutors, public defenders, notaries, probation officers, forensic pathologists, judicial assistants, judicial associate officers, public prosecutor investigators, clerks, interpreters, assistants, examining officials, executive officer, bailiffs, clerk assistants, court attendants, and other officials appointed by courts and public prosecutor's offices as provided by law.
