Enforcement Rules for the Attorney Regulation Act Article 22
The two-year period specified in the subparagraphs of Article 116 of the Act shall commence from the time when an foreign attorney actually performs his or her duties or carries out his or her work after obtaining his or her foreign attorney qualifications.
