Enforcement Rules for the Attorney Regulation Act Article 23
The international legal affairs referred to in Paragraph 1 of Article 120 of the Act shall mean the legal affairs all or part of which is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the home jurisdiction or to which the laws of the home jurisdiction or the applicable treaties, international agreements or international practices apply.
