Enforcement Rules for the Attorney Regulation Act Article 21
Every three years, a foreign legal affairs attorney shall apply to the MOJ for a replacement of his or her permit to practice law by submitting proof of his or her qualification as an attorney in his or her home jurisdiction and his or her two 2-inch half-body photographs taken within the past six months and paying the certificate fee.The MOJ may, at any time when it deems necessary, require a foreign legal affairs attorney to submit the documents referred to in the preceding Paragraph.The MOJ shall cancel an old permit after the replacing it with a new one and shall periodically list such old permit and announce its cancellation.

外國法事務律師應每三年繳驗仍具原資格國律師資格之證明文件、最近六個月內二吋半身相片二張及繳納證書費，向本部申請換發執業許可證。
本部認有必要時，得隨時令外國法事務律師繳驗前項證明文件。
本部於換發新執業許可證後，應將舊執業許可證註銷，並定期列表公告作廢。
