Where the Former Criminal Code, Criminal Statute, or other laws and ordinances shall be applied in accordance with the provisions specified in the provision of paragraph 1 of article 2 of the Criminal Code, the qualifications to be deprived in the deprivation of civil rights shall meet the provisions of Article 36 of the Criminal Code.
