Charging Standard for the Issuance of Attorney License and Foreign Legal Affairs Attorney's Practice Permit and Certificate of No Disciplinary Action in the Ministry of Justice Article 3
Attorneys or foreign legal affairs attorneys who apply to the MOJ for issuing a certificate of good standing shall pay a fee of three hundred New Taiwan Dollars per certificate; if applying for issuing multiple certificates at the same time, they shall pay twenty New Taiwan Dollars per certificate for certificates issued after the first one.
