Charging Standard for the Issuance of Attorney License and Foreign Legal Affairs Attorney's Practice Permit and Certificate of No Disciplinary Action in the Ministry of Justice Article 2
Attorneys or foreign legal affairs attorneys who apply to the Ministry of Justice (“MOJ”) for issuing an Attorney License or a Foreign Legal Affairs Attorney Practice Permit shall pay a fee of three thousand New Taiwan Dollars.Attorneys or foreign legal affairs attorneys who apply to the MOJ for reissuing or replacing the license or the practice permit as referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall pay a fee of one thousand five hundred New Taiwan Dollars.

向法務部（以下簡稱本部）申請核發律師證書或外國法事務律師執業許可證者，應繳納新臺幣三千元。
申請補發或換發前項證書或執業許可證者，應繳納新臺幣一千五百元。
申請補發或換發前項證書或執業許可證者，應繳納新臺幣一千五百元。
