Regulations on Permission and Supervision of Legal Affairs Charitable Trusts Article 12
If the charitable trust has a case as determined in Article 73 of The Law, the trustee may inspect the below document in duplicate and apply to the Ministry to change the terms of the trust:1. Application form(s).2. Documents indicating the reasons for changing the terms of the trust.3. The change of the trust terms and the new and old comparison table.4. The revised trust affairs plan and the income and expenditure budget.

公益信託有發生本法第七十三條所定情事者，受託人得檢具左列文件一式二份，向本部申請變更信託條款：
一、申請書。
二、載明必須變更信託條款理由之文件。
三、信託條款變更案及新舊對照表。
四、變更後之信託事務計畫書及收支預算書。
