Regulations on Permission and Supervision of Legal Affairs Charitable Trusts Article 13
Where the trustee applies for resignation in accordance with the provisions of Article 74 of The Law, the following documents shall be submitted to the Ministry in duplicate:1. Application.2. The reason for resignation.3. Document(s) in written form of trust affairs and trust property report.4. Suggestions on the selection of new trustees.
