Regulations on Permission and Supervision of Legal Affairs Charitable Trusts Article 11
Trustee under unavoidable circumstance base on Article 76 and Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law, and apply the permission to transfer trust property into self-own property, or define or clam rights of the trust property shall file the following entries of documents in duplicate:1. Application form(s).2. The reasons in written form of the transformation into self-own property, or define or clam rights of the trust property.3. The type, total amount and price proof of the property to be acquired or the right to be set or obtained.

受託人因有不得已事由，依本法第七十六條及第三十五條第一項第三款規定，申請許可將信託財產轉為自有財產或於該信託財產上設定或取得權利者，應向本部提出左列文件一式二份：
一、申請書。
二、載明將信託財產轉為自有財產或於該信託財產上設定或取得權利理由之文件。
三、欲取得之財產或欲設定或取得之權利之種類、總額及價格證明文件。
