Enforcement Act of the Part of Rights In Rem of the Civil Code Article 8-4
The provisions of the revised Article 796-2 of the CIVIL CODE shall apply to other constructions that have a value equivalent to a building before the coming into force of the revision of the BOOK of RIGHTS in REM of the CIVIL CODE.
