The broker is entitled to his remuneration only if the contract is constituted through his intermediary or due to the information supplied by him.When the contract is constituted under a suspenseful condition, the broker shall not claim the remuneration until the condition is fulfilled.

居間人，以契約因其報告或媒介而成立者為限，得請求報酬。
契約附有停止條件者，於該條件成就前，居間人不得請求報酬。
