The broker is entitled to claim reimbursement for expenses incurred by him only if such reimbursement has been agreed upon.The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be applied even if no contract is constituted after the broker has supplied the information or acted as an intermediary.

居間人支出之費用，非經約定，不得請求償還。
