The Act of the Establishment of Juvenile Reformatory Schools and Enforcement of Education Article 11
Reformatory Schools shall be established in the form of junior high schools. When deemed necessary, vocational divisions or elementary departments may be concurrently established. The institutions shall be named as some Junior High School.Upon requirements, the Reformatory Schools may, in conjunction with the competent authorities governing occupational training, handle occupational training.
