The Act of the Establishment of Juvenile Reformatory Schools and Enforcement of Education Article 10
The Ministry of Justice shall separately establish Reformatory Schools for those subject to imprisonment and those subject to reformatory education.The establishment and jurisdiction of the institutions referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Justice.
